Terms and Conditions

Contract for catering 

no cancelations Or substitutions 40 days prior to event.  

No refunds 30 days before event.

We will not substitute any items without prior consent of purchaser.

Set up and take down included in cost of event.

Please specify all allergies during event booking.

Half of the contract total must be received during booking to secure your calendar date remaining balance to be paid 30 days prior to event. 

Coordination with venue for early access is needed minimum 2 hours before event.

Client is solely responsible for costs associated with the venue caterer is not held liable. 

Caterer reserves the right to make changes due to unfortunate events that couldn't be planned for such as loss of power at venue etc.
